LOUIS, September 28, 2021– (COMMERCIAL THREAD) –Pathways Health and Community Support, LLC (“Pathways”), one of the largest providers of behavioral and mental health services in the United States, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Renew Consulting, a leading residential behavioral health company serving the diverse needs of residents in behavioral health of Northwestern Oregon. The acquisition is part of Pathways’ aggressive growth strategy to provide expanded behavioral health services in inclusive and supportive environments. This comes less than a year after Pathways acquired three subsidiaries of Community Intervention Services, Inc. (CIS) in October 2020.
Renew Consulting, founded in 2004, is headquartered in Albany, Oregon and provides services in seven counties in Northwestern Oregon, employing over 200 team members. It is a service-oriented organization committed to providing personalized, person-centered support to people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. The organization provides 24-hour care in community residential homes. Integrating Renew Consulting’s programs and services with current Pathways offerings will allow Pathways to expand the field of behavioral health services for adults and children across the United States.
Led by Jill Winters, CEO of Pathways and former leader of United Healthcare, the organization will now have physical locations in 19 states and the District of Columbia. The company employs a team of more than 5,000 dedicated employees who work to create healthier communities by providing behavioral health services that include counseling, telehealth, autism, case management, placement in therapeutic foster care, parent education, support employment and substance abuse. The company also offers employer-focused programs through Journey to work, a series of personalized occupational health and wellness seminars, webinars and other resources for employees.
