In addition to her work in private practice and at MAAC, Speer has more than 15 years of experience, including serving as Program Director of the Autism Spectrum Assessment Team at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism. As Program Director, she oversaw and coordinated assessments for individuals suspected of having Autism Spectrum Disorder. Speer earned his Ph.D. in educational psychology University of Utah and is a licensed psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.
